1. Introduction
Ads Clover Group helps invited users view Facebook ad account, Page, placement, device, creative, and media preview analytics in one dashboard.
The service is not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. It uses approved Facebook APIs and the permissions granted by the connected Facebook user.
2. Data we collect
We process only the data needed to authenticate users, connect approved Facebook assets, display analytics, and maintain the security of the service.
Account and workspace data
Name, email, user role, workspace membership, login/session data, invite status, and support messages.
Facebook integration data
Facebook user id, name, email when available, granted scopes, token status, token expiry, Pages, Business Managers, and ad accounts.
Analytics and media data
Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, placement, device, GEO, spend, impressions, clicks, leads, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPM, report cache, and creative/media metadata.
Technical data
IP address, device/browser information, API logs, sync status, error diagnostics, security logs, and cookie/session identifiers.
3. Facebook permissions
The service uses only Facebook permissions required for the read-only analytics workflow.
Purpose
Identify the connected Facebook user and show the correct account owner in the workspace.
Data read
Email address returned by Facebook when the connected user grants access.
Limit
The email is not used for advertising, audience targeting, or resale.
ads_read
Purpose
Read ad account lists and performance metrics for the Statistics and creative analytics views.
Data read
Ad account ids, names, status, currency, spend, campaign/ad/ad set metrics, and creative performance metrics.
Limit
This permission is not used to create, edit, pause, delete, or change ads, campaigns, creatives, or budgets.
ads_management
Purpose
Access ad account structures and creative-related objects required for complete analytics and media preview workflows.
Data read
Campaign, ad set, ad, creative, and related object metadata available to the connected user.
Limit
The product interface remains read-only and does not expose controls to edit, pause, launch, delete, or budget-manage ads.
business_management
Purpose
Read Business Manager relationships so connected ad accounts and Pages can be grouped correctly.
Data read
Business Manager ids, names, asset relationships, assigned Pages, and ad account links available to the connected user.
Limit
The service does not change Business Manager settings, users, roles, assets, or ownership.
pages_show_list
Purpose
List Facebook Pages available to the connected user so they can be shown in the panel.
Data read
Page ids, names, publication state, profile image, and related Business Manager labels.
Limit
The service does not publish Page content, send messages, or manage Page settings.
pages_read_engagement
Purpose
Read Page metadata and engagement counters used by the Pages and analytics views.
Data read
Page identity, follower/fan counts, comment-related counters, and read-only engagement data.
Limit
The service does not post, delete, moderate, or otherwise change Page content.
4. How we use data
- Authenticate users and protect accounts.
- Show connected Facebook ad accounts, Pages, Business Managers, and token status.
- Build read-only creative, placement, device, GEO, and account-level analytics.
- Display creative/media previews in protected storage.
- Generate dashboards, tables, exports, diagnostics, and sync status.
- Maintain service security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
5. Read-only limits
Ads Clover Group does not store Facebook passwords and does not request access to edit advertising assets.
The service does not edit campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, Pages, audiences, bids, budgets, billing settings, or account settings. Data is used only to show analytics, previews, diagnostics, and reports.
6. Retention and sharing
Standard analytics history is stored for up to 90 days unless a different retention period is agreed for an enterprise workspace or required by law.
Access tokens are encrypted. We do not sell Facebook data. Data may be processed by infrastructure, hosting, monitoring, and support providers only to operate the service.
7. Cookies and security
We use cookies and similar local storage only for authentication, language preferences, security, and session continuity.
Security controls include access checks, role-based access, encrypted token storage, audit-oriented logs, and limited internal access.
8. Your rights
- Request access to the personal and technical data processed about you.
- Ask to correct inaccurate account or workspace information.
- Request restriction, export, or deletion where applicable.
- Revoke Facebook access at any time from Facebook settings.
